MEGA332 with extended Temperature Range

MEGA332 is now available with industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C). The price has not been changed and is the same as with the old version with commercial temperature range (0 to +70°C).

There are no changes for existing applications - except of course the temperature range. All other specifications are the same as before, above all the memory access times.

Development kits are now delivered with the 25MHz version with extended temperature range at no extra charge.
