RS232 Interface Module

The new IF232LV (Low Voltage) replaces the IF232LP. Its supply voltage ranges from 3V to 5.5V, and its current consumtion is extremely low.

The Concept of Inter Face-Modules

Most of our single board computers have one or more IF connectors. For the wiring of the IF connector see table below. Because there are IF-Modules for the standards RS232, RS422/RS485, IrDa etc., modular systems can be constructed.

IF-Modules represent a standard, for which modules are offered by a number of companies. Developers can choose from a great variety of standard boards and thus have the guarantee that this widely supported standard is usable also in the future.
